Our firm was created in 1995, and members of our firm have been providing

Firm Highlights
We have assisted over 200 Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) , Non-Profits, and Resident Management Corporations in the areas of Finance, Information Technology and Development, including large, medium and small Agencies.
- We have trained over 7,000 PHA and HUD personnel at our Financial Management seminars. Our training has included workshops sponsored by our firm at locations throughout the United States, as well as training for HUD Field Offices, HUD's Troubled Agency Recovery Center (TARC), and in-house training for large PHAs.
- We have consulted regularly with the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and they have used us as a resource to assist in turning around troubled Housing Agencies through the Troubled Agency Recovery Center (TARC).
- We have been hired by HUD on numerous occasions to assist in writing guidebooks and other materials, such as the Financial Management chapter of the Housing Choice Voucher Program Guidebook, HUD's Field Monitoring Guidebook, the Real Estate Assessment Center's GAAP Conversion materials, and various other authoritative documents.
- We have assisted PHA clients in increasing their operating subsidy by a cumulative amount of more than $40,000,000, since our firm was formed in 1995, thus enabling us to frequently pay for ourselves many times over.
- We provide a monthly publication, The Casterline Associates Advisor, to over 400 PHA and HUD subscribers. The Advisor - an electronic newsletter - is utilized by our subscribers as a means to gain instant access to all of the latest changes going on at HUD and in the Affordable Housing industry, and to help them strategize on how to minimize costs, maximize revenues, enhance controls and maintain compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS
Casterline Associates' primary focus is consulting for Public Housing
Agencies (PHAs), the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD),
and Non-Profit Corporations. Our client list includes Agencies with as
little as 100 housing units under ownership and management, up to 60,000+
units. We serve the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands

illustrates, we have assembled a highly experienced team of consultants,
