Welcome and thank you for visiting... We assist Public Housing Authorities (PHAs) with a variety of accounting, auditing and consulting needs. Although we are a "CPA" firm, our primary focus is the Public Housing industry, which accounts for about 95% of what we do. Our Staff has assisted more than 200 housing authorities, including eight of the ten largest PHAs, over an 18 year period. We have provided training for over 7,000 PHA and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) professionals at our HUD accounting and budget seminars. In addition, our newsletter has over 400 paying PHA subscribers.
